If you're unable to go on holiday because...
There are UK Government restrictions due to the Coronavirus outbreak which make going on your holiday impossible
or
the property or location you have booked is legally closed to visitors due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
...then you will be entitled to the following options.
Transfer your holiday to new dates within 12 months of your booked holiday.*
or
get a credit voucher for the value of your holiday*, to spend on a Penellen Bed and Breakfast holiday (within 12 months of original holiday booking).
