Booking

Bookings made in advance require a non-refundable deposit as follows :-

- 1 night stay only - full cost.
- 2 nights stay - 50% of the total cost, balance due one week before arrival.
- 3 nights stay or more - 33% of the total cost, balance due one week before arrival

Last minute bookings ( within 7 days of arrival ) will require payment in full.

Method of Payment

Payments accepted by cash, Credit Card or Debit Card (no additional charge).

Price Changes

Golds Coastal Holidays reserve the right to amend prices quoted in the brochure.

Occupancy

Rooms will be available for occupancy from 2pm in the afternoon with latest booking in time being 7pm (no exceptions). Rooms must be vacated by 9.30am the following morning.

Cancellation - WARNING

Please note, once booked any monies paid are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to alternative dates. Any cancellation must be notified in writing to us at least four weeks prior to occupancy, failure to do this will result in the full balance still becoming payable.

The Guest Agrees:

- To pay for any breakages and damage.
- Not to cause a nuisance to any other guests.
- Not to exceed the total number of people the room is designed to sleep.
- Not to bring any children under the age of 8 years old.

Non Availability of Accommodation

If due to any occurrence beyond the control of the owner the room is not available as booked, e.g. fire, flood, all monies paid will be refunded in full but the owner will be under no further liability towards the hirer.
