Spooky Season in Cornwall: Halloween 2026
Cornwall takes on a special atmosphere during autumn, with dramatic coastlines, historic landmarks and plenty of Halloween adventures for the whole family.
From 24 October to 1 November 2026, the Eden Project will host its popular Halloweden celebrations. Visitors can expect autumnal displays, seasonal surprises and spooky entertainment within the spectacular Biomes and gardens. Eden’s ice rink will also return for the season, making it a fantastic October half-term day out.
Over at Pendennis Castle near Falmouth, families can join the Great Pumpkin Party, also taking place from 24 October to 1 November. The historic castle will offer interactive storytelling, themed trails, spooky games, a devilish disco and daily fancy-dress competitions.
Other Cornish attractions, including Bodmin Jail and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, traditionally offer Halloween and autumn activities throughout October. Local towns and villages may also host pumpkin trails, craft sessions and community celebrations closer to the date.
