Excellent Weather
The MET Office has predicted a warmer than average month for September. The expected temperatures are on average 2-3 degrees warmer than previous years lasting well into October. Rainfall is also well below average leading to a warmer and dryer September.
Take advantage of the weather in September with excellent scenic walks from the Penellen Bed and Breakfast around St Ives Bay and into St Ives town centre.

The St Ives September Festival – Saturday 9th – Saturday 23rd September
The St Ives September Festival started over 40 years ago and now includes, music, theatre, poetry, film, walks, talks and art events.
Learn all about St Ives Bay and its historic and cultural significance on one of the guided tours or even have your portrait painted by a skilled artist at the Barnoon Workshop.

St Ives Farmers Market - Saturday 2nd September
Looking for the authentic tastes of Cornwall. It doesn’t get much more authentic than the St Ives Farmers Market. Local proucers of West Cornwall all come to St Ives every Thursday with fresh, local, seasonal food.
